What are the Causes of constipation
- Drinking insufficient water
- Excessive intake of tea coffee
- Low intake of dietary fibre .
- Sendentary life style ,lack of physical activity.
- There are some medical conditions like
- Hypothyroidism
- Hypercalcemia
- Deppression
- Anal fissure
- Stress
Tips to relieve constipation
- Start your day with drinking lukewarm water.
- Increase dietary fiber intake in your diet
- Have green leafy vegetables like spinach
- Fruits like Papaya, Banana
- You can have black raisins , soak 8-10 black raisins in water at night & next day morning have it along with soaked water.
- Have salads before every meal.
- Use whole grains in your diet
- Can have a glass of milk & 1 TSF of ghee at bed time.
- Can use castor oil at bed time Apart from this
- Do exercise regularly
- Sleep foe 6 -8 hrs daily
