What are the Causes of constipation

  • Drinking insufficient water
  • Excessive intake of tea coffee
  • Low intake of dietary fibre .
  • Sendentary life style ,lack of physical activity.
  • There are some medical conditions like
    • Hypothyroidism
    • Hypercalcemia
    • Deppression
    • Anal fissure
    • Stress
    Leads to constipation

Tips to relieve constipation

  • Start your day with drinking lukewarm water.
  • Increase dietary fiber intake in your diet
  • Have green leafy vegetables like spinach
  • Fruits like Papaya, Banana
  • You can have black raisins , soak 8-10 black raisins in water at night & next day morning have it along with soaked water.
  • Have salads before every meal.
  • Use whole grains in your diet
  • Can have a glass of milk & 1 TSF of ghee at bed time.
  • Can use castor oil at bed time
  • Apart from this
  • Do exercise regularly
  • Sleep foe 6 -8 hrs daily
